Tanti joined Petra Christian University from 1998. She got her masters majoring industrial engineering from Asian Institute of Technology. She is the head of the Industrial System Design Laboratory.
Her research interests: inventory management, supply chain management, logistic management, dan warehouse management. She received several grants from Dikti Indonesia, and actively write in various reputable journals.
