Professor Siana joined Petra Christian University in 1994. She is a researcher in Fraunhofer ITWM Kaiserslautern Germany (2001-2005). She also a visiting researcher in Fraunhofer IPK Berlin (2008) and Sophia University Tokyo (2011), while included as researcher associate in various industries.
