International consultant for the Toyota, Japan, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank, Savanah Solution, Switzerland, Blackthorne, Inc. and Probe Software in USA, and Aremas in Brazil. He taught in Ateneo de Manila and Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines, University of Wisconsin, USA; Hertha-Firnberg Research Fellow in the Austrian Institute of Technology, Austria, Saga University, Japan, and now in International Business Engineering Petra Christian University, Indonesia.
